Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of booking. Bojana is happy to reschedule an appointment with at least 48 hour notice. No refund will be issued if notice to reschedule is less than 48 hours prior to the booking time of the service that you chose.

Due to the nature of the service provided, that of being information issued in good faith by Bojana at the time of the service, no refunds will be issued. You are paying Bojana for her knowledge, experience, insights and time, you are receiving a customised, personalised service, not a product. All purchases will be final. There is no refund or rescheduling of no shows. Bojana Maric does not offer refunds on any purchases for any reason and no further discussions will be entered into.

For this reason, it is encouraged to explore the freely available material on this site. All testimonials are real previous clients.
